This Malaysian style Tom Yum Fried Noodle Recipe serves 4
- Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Scoop 75g of Khimyan Curry's Paste for Tom Yum Soup and sauté with the garlic clove for 1 minute or until aromatic.
- Add the shrimp, squid, and egg omelette and pan-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add the noodle and pan-fry for another 5 minutes or until the noodle are cooked.
